RECESS!

Recess

First off let’s talk about volleyball. There are three grade levels that share the second recess—4th, 5th, and 6th graders. This is what to do when you want to play volleyball. First, get the volleyball from the recess cart. Then go to the volleyball station (stay by your grade level). Make a circle around your grade section. NEVER PLAY BY THE TREES BECAUSE IT CAN GET STUCK! THEN YOU WILL GET IN TROUBLE! These are the things you need to know about volleyball.

The second station is soccer. There's a small field with two small cones with red jerseys on it. These mark the goals. There are a lot of people who go to the soccer station. A lot of 6th graders go there. Steps to have fun in soccer---Never touch the ball with your hands! Get feet coordination! Have good sportsmanship! Have fun!!!!!!

The third station is the playground. The playground has monkey bars, a slide, swinging monkey bars, a telescope, rock climbing, round monkey bars, turf, shaking steps, the pull up bars, and more. The way it works is there are two different classes each day. Recess is only 15 minutes long.

The last station is the jump rope and 4 Square. Basically people get jump ropes from the cart and jump with it. Not many people go there though. However, the 4 Square station is a bit more popular. The way 4 Square works is the person in the 4th square starts the game. They pass the ball to either square 1, 2, or 3. They try not to let it pass their square or they become out. Everyone has to start at square 1.
